Stage to sell

So here's the thing, your property's empty, lacking in character and the pictures are unlikely to convince buyers to even view let alone buy. Or maybe you're getting the viewings but failing to convert viewings into an actual sale. Part or full staging of your property could be the answer to all your prayers. 

Part staging
typically means dressing a couple of rooms to show what they can look like as a desirable functioning space. The furniture and accessories can be moved around during the photography process to add character to other spaces within the property.

Full staging
is where we dress the entire property. Every room is designed and made over with the perfect blend of furniture, accessories and art to demonstrate the property's full potential.

Show Home Staging

Show homes are an essential marketing tactic. Those in the industry can see beyond the naked walls of an empty new build but more often than not - prospective buyers cannot. That's where we come in.

Our team of interior pros will bring your property to life, injecting that special something that will make it a whole lot easier for your buyers to picture themselves living happily ever after in that space.

We offer a rental option (we take the contents away when your plots have sold) or a turnkey option where you purchase our installation and pass the cost on to your buyer who can move in to the dream home with zero effort!

Occupied Styling

Amongst our most popular services, occupied home styling is when the property you are selling is still occupied (maybe you still live there) or is fully furnished (often inherited properties or ex-rental). Our team act on a consultancy basis and spend time working with you to dramatically improve the appeal of your property, attracting more viewings and in turn a much faster sale.

The challenge our clients often face is personal taste in decor failing to achieve a sale. It's not to say your taste doesn't rock - but our job is to provide you with advice, guidance and a package of services that will help broaden the appeal of your property.
